FSH provides communications, content, access and digital merchandising services for consumer and business customers. On May 7, 2004, FSH entered the communications business by purchasing the payphone assets of Qwest Communications International, Inc (Qwest). This provided FSH with a 17 state geographic presence and continued a 100-year heritage of serving the needs of customers in the Western United States. Qwest remains the primary supplier of access lines, to FSH. In addition, FSH continues to use the Qwest brand on public instruments.

Today, FSH has expanded its vision to become to broadband customers, what payphone companies were to voice customers in ages past. Thus, the company has embarked upon a venture to serve business and consumers that become occasionally disconnected from their broadband networks.

FSH maintains a tremendous I&M capability and a full service call center. The company serves five market segments that range from consumers to small business and inmate. The Company maintains with thousands of business partners that serve as channels for communication and content services.

FSH processes over 100 million communication transactions on an annual basis.
