Upon accepting the privacy statement, you will enter FSH Communications’ job application process. This application process consists of multiple steps designed to collect information about your skills and interests which will then be matched against current FSH Communications position requirements.

If a match is found in the online preliminary screening, you may be invited to complete an online assessment that measures your experiences and accomplishments as well as your attitudes and preferences on various work-related subjects.

Your decision to enter the application process by supplying your personal information indicates your understanding and agreement with the following disclaimer:

The information I am submitting is complete and accurate and I am aware that providing false information during any of the steps of the application process will lead to my rejection or termination.

I will be required to produce original documents that verify my citizenship status, employment eligibility and identification.

FSH Communications may share my personal data with company personnel, consultants, advisors, and retained employment verification services, in further consideration of my application for employment.

FSH Communications will not share or disclose, without my consent, my personal information for use by any company, other than for the intended purpose and stated use above, unless otherwise required by law.

At any time by written requests, I reserve the right to review, my personal data compiled by FSH Communications, on, and reserve the right to correct, update, modify, and request further use restrictions or deletion of my data, by contacting FSH Communications at careers@fshcommunications.com. FSH Communications only has an obligation to correct applicant data when the data is factually inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant to the purpose for which the company processes the data.

FSH Communications will only retain applicant data after the recruitment and selection process if there is a legal obligation to do so (e.g. equal opportunity requirements in local employment laws). FSH Communications may also retain applicant data if there is a ‘business need’ to keep the applicant data, e.g. keeping an applicant’s resume on file if a suitable vacancy arises. Without prejudice to local law, applicant data will be kept for a maximum of 2 years (i.e. the end of the calendar year following your application). This implies that the retention period in a specific location will be taken into account and complied with. After the retention period the applicant data will be completely deleted from the company’s system.

Despite this, I may withdraw my candidacy for employment at anytime and request the deletion of my data. FSH Communications will delete my data and make my record inactive.

FSH Communication may contact me at any time during my candidacy for employment for the purpose of sending me announcements or any other type of information it requires. If I no longer wish to be contacted, I will notify FSH Communications, in writing, at the previously stated e-mail address.

A drug test will be requested by FSH Communication as part of the application process. I authorize FSH Communication and/or its authorized agents to undertake a background investigation, including but not limited to a criminal records conviction search and verification of the information that I have provided. I authorize all corporations, companies, credit reporting agencies, educational institutions, personnel and law enforcement agencies, criminal and civil state and federal courts, and former employers to disclose information they may have about me and release them from any liability and responsibility from doing so.

I authorize FSH Communication to collect, process, transmit, and use my personal data in the company database for FSH Communications’ application process, sending me announcements of future job opportunities as they become available, or for administration purposes within the FSH Communications.

Except as otherwise stated above, my data will be kept strictly confidential and retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
